Welcome to Arise & Shine! I’m Frances Rosario, founder, certified life coach, and someone who’s walked the very path I now help other women navigate.

My journey began in a season of deep transition, when everything familiar started to shift, and I was faced with the questions: Who am I now? Where am I going? What truly matters to me?  Like so many women, I had poured myself into roles and expectations until I could no longer recognize the woman in the mirror. I knew something had to change.

​

That season became the catalyst for my own inner healing. Through intentional reflection, spiritual growth, and soul work, I began to unravel the stories and wounds that had held me back. I learned to release shame, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with the divine truth of who I was created to be.

​

As I embraced this process of self-discovery, I leaned deeply into my faith and spirituality. I discovered that my identity wasn’t rooted in what I did or who I pleased, but in something far more powerful: my inherent worth and divine purpose.

From that place, everything began to shift.

Today, I walk in a life full of clarity, confidence, and calling, and I am passionate about helping other women do the same.

Arise & Shine was born from that vision: to create a safe, empowering space where women can navigate life transitions, experience deep inner healing, rediscover their identity, and step boldly into a purpose-driven life.
