Cancellation Policy
Your time and growth are important, and so is mine. Each session is thoughtfully prepared to support your journey with care and intention. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy: Once a session is booked, that time is set aside specifically for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support. The Life Coach will make every effort to reschedule with the Client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice will be subject to the full session fee. This policy is not just about scheduling, it’s about honoring the sacred space we’ve created for your healing, clarity, and transformation.
